Andrea Joseph

Andrea Joseph’s research and practice uses Critical Race Theory to frame and address racial inequities in education. Her research has focused on racially disproportional school suspensions and the role of restorative justice practices in reducing these outcomes. Currently, Joseph is examining the connection between adverse childhood experiences, racial bias in schools, and education outcomes.
