Bill Fox

Bill Fox is a special advisor to the chancellor, where he provides economic analysis to inform the areas of budget and finance, workforce development, corporate engagement, and public policy for the university. He is the Randy and Jenny Boyd Boyd Distinguished Professor Emeritus and former director of the Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research. Fox is an expert in internet taxation, state tax policy, public finance, and economic development.
