Devendra Potnis is an expert in information and communication technologies for development, focusing on bridging the information, social, financial and digital divides experienced by vulnerable populations. His research examines the causes and effects of how individuals, communities, organizations and governments worldwide access and use information and technologies. He also serves as the access and engagement officer for the School of Information Sciences.
