Elis Vllasi is an expert in analyzing complex challenges that arise in the gray areas between peace and war, resulting from influence operations, information warfare, social media weaponization and emerging disruptive technologies. His current research examines how China uses science and education in the West for hostile purposes and explores ways to protect against those threats.
