Larry Kessler

Larry Kessler is an expert in health economics, education and public policy. He develops and maintains the Tennessee economic forecasting model at UT’s Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research, providing both short- and long-term state economic forecasts. He is also the project director for the annual economic report to the governor and has consulted with various state and local government agencies.
