Larry Kessler

Larry Kessler is the project director for the annual Economic Report to the Governor, and his research interests include health economics, education, and public policy. His work at the Boyd Center includes creating and maintaining the Tennessee econometric forecasting model, which provides short-term and long-term forecasts for the state economy. He also has consulted with various state and local government agencies on projects ranging from economic analysis on education initiatives to providing tax revenue forecasts.
