Matt Harris

Matt Harris is an expert in labor, public and health economics. He leads population forecasting for the Tennessee Advisory Council on Intergovernmental Relations. His research includes the impacts of the opioid crisis, capacity constraints at public health clinics, and the effectiveness of state tax and expenditure policies. Harris is a Distinguished Professor of Health Economics in the Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research.
