Michela Taufer is a world-renowned authority in supercomputing, having worked with several governmental agencies and serving as chair for the field’s 2019 conference. Her main expertise is in edge computing, which, unlike cloud computing with its centralized core, brings computing to the edge of where it is needed, improving performance and speed.
