Steve Zinkle

Steve Zinkle is an expert in how materials behave under extreme conditions. His research areas include additive manufacturing, ion beam radiation effects, and development of high-performance radiation-resistant materials for advanced nuclear fission and fusion energy applications. He is the UT-Oak Ridge National Laboratory Governor’s Chair for Nuclear Materials.
