Stuart N. Brotman

Stuart N. Brotman is an expert in telecommunications, media law, international communications, political communication, freedom of expression, media ethics, and digital privacy and cybersecurity. He is a recognized global expert in digital media development as a researcher, policy analyst, author and thought leader. He is also a research fellow at the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in UT’s Haslam College of Business.
