Takeshi Egami

Takeshi Egami is an expert in materials, testing and modeling of solids and liquids, magnetism, ferroelectricity, superconductivity, computer simulations, and atomic structural analysis. He pioneered the development of new techniques to determine the atomic structure and motion of the atoms in solids, using both neutron and x-ray scattering. He also directs the UT–ORNL Joint Institute for Neutron Sciences.
