Tom Goldsby

Tom Goldsby is a global authority on logistics strategy and supply chain management. He conducts research, teaches, consults, and speaks broadly in those domains, with an emphasis on logistics operations, economics, and customer experience. Goldsby is particularly knowledgeable about direct-to-consumer e-commerce, last-mile logistics, consumer returns, and the market opportunities, strategies, costs, risks, and sustainability concerns associated with supply chain operations. He is the Dee and Jimmy Haslam Chair in Logistics and a professor of supply chain management.
