Yilu Liu is an expert in smart-grid technologies in electrical power transmission systems. Her work focuses on developing new and better ways to monitor and control the flow of electrical energy through the nation's electric power networks. She is the UT-Oak Ridge National Laboratory Governor’s Chair for Power Grids.
